Do I need to provide an e-mail address?

Yes. An email address may be used for registration, order confirmations, ship confirmations, promotional opportunities, newsletters, product updates, and invoices.  

Encrypted connection

Secure protocol (https) is used for login, registration, checkout and payment pages. Your connection to LarkKing.com is encrypted with 256-bit encryption.

How to create a customer account?

To create a customer account, a user needs to complete a simple 'Profile details' form (available by clicking the Register link in the Authentication box) and submit it.

An account assures that you do not have to reenter personal information and billing/shipping addresses every time you wish to order a product: all the necessary information will be stored in your personal profile and can be re-used when necessary. 

Some features (like orders history, wish lists /gift registry, special offer, returns) may be available to registered users.

Can passwords contain symbols?

Passwords can contain upper- or lower-case letters, numbers and symbols.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

LarkKing do not collect a sales tax.

Online platform may collect tax and remit that to your state.

Shipping

Can the order be shipped to multiple destinations? 

No. Please place separate orders for delivery to multiple destinations.

If free shipping:

If free shipping, the free shipping will only be applied to orders shipped to within the USA. All orders shipped to Puerto Rico, or Guam may incur a shipping charge. 

 

How long will it take to ship my order? 

We handle and pack the order in 1-3 business days. If delayed, we will offer certain percent discount.

No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.

We will notify you if there are any delays in your order.

No in-store pickups are available.

What if I changed my address since my last order? 

Please update your current shipping and billing address.

Please let us know immediately if your shipping or billing address has changed since your last order.  Failure to inform us of your change of address may delay your order and could possibly incur you additional rerouting shipping fees.

Please often track your international package. If there is any shipping delay, please let us know. 

It requires completing and submitting a shipping insurance claim form within a time frame of carrier payment to file a claim for a lost/damaged parcel.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Returns and exchange details

If anything unsatisfied, please contact us immediately after you receive the item(s). 
No returns are given after 5 days of delivery. 
Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Note: If any international return, the buyer should be responsible for all return shipping costs and proper packaging. However this can be case-based.

Defective product return:
This requires solid proof to prove that the item is 'natural' defective.
We examine every item before shipping.
Return shipping will be handled by customer.
In some cases, return shipping will be credited to customers account in the U.S. upon receipt of defective product in 14 days from your receiving it. Customer can decide to get full refund or to replace the product if available.

Replacements:
If we send you an incorrect product, we will arrange with you to have it shipped back at no cost to the customer. Once we receive the product back in stock, we will ship the correct product.

Return outside of defective product and incorrect product:
Return shipping will be handled by customer. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and proper packaging. 
Round trip shipping charges apply to returns made for customer error.

Cancelled or Refused Orders:
Orders cancelled after the product is shipped, or orders that are refused at time of delivery because you changed your mind and decided you just didn't want the order are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, contact with us to obtain a RMA Number, and ship the product back to the correct address. No shipping costs will be credited if order is cancelled or if delivery is refused.

Cancellations:
Request a cancellation within: hours of purchase, or before the items are shipped.

You can cancel your order with Order# via conversation before the item is shipped.

The item is shipped if you got Shipping Notification. 

No RMA#, unable to locate your order, no refund.
No notification to us, no refund.

If to return item(s), you must return item(s) within 3 days after you get RMA#, or no refund or few refund will be processed.

The returned item(s) must be well packed in a shipping Box(silver products) or tear proof poly mailer, or No refund.

If to return and ship the silver item(s) in an envelope, no refund will be processed.

If the recipient does not pay the Customs Clearance fee in time (and the fee is needed), packages are returned to the seller and no shipping costs will be credited.

If your address is "insufficient address" or "unknown address", or if the package is "unclaimed", or if USPS tracking shows "Item refused by addressee", or if the tracking shows "addressee being notified", or if your local postal office "Attempted Delivery" to you, the package was returned to sender. No shipping costs will be refunded as USPS got the shipping cost. 15-25% restocking fee may be assessed.

15-25% restocking fee on buyer remorse returns may be assessed.

If in free shipping, and if the item is returned by Postal Service. Regular Shipping Cost will be assessed. In addition, 15-25% restocking fee may be assessed.

If in free shipping, buyer returns the item(s). Regular Shipping Cost and 10% restocking fee may be assessed. 

Exchanges:
Yes, you can exchange items. USPS did not grant free shipping. You should be responsible for the related shipping cost.

Your package may be returned by your local postal office if you do not pack up the package in a few days.

If returned, it is very difficult for USPS to refund the shipping cost to you.

What if the package was returned by the postal office in your country?

Please ask your postal office to find out what is wrong with the package.

The USPS got shipping cost for the shipping label on your name/address listed in your profile. Postal service in your country should be responsible for the package delivery.

 

What if the international package was lost?

If the package is lost, we can/will claim insurance in about 40-42 days after shipping. If approved by insurance company, you will get full refund.

 

What if the package was returned to the sender?

If the package is returned/delivered to the sender, we will refund the item cost to you.

USPS get shipping fee. USPS does not grant free shipping. We are unable to refund shipping cost.

What if the USPS site states the package is ‘undeliverable as addressed’: 

Please try to reach your local postal office with tracking number as soon as possible.

 

What if USPS delivered the package as shown on USPS tracking system (Delivered, or Delivered, In/At Mailbox) and you did not receive the package? 

You should: 

  1. To file a complaint in your postal office.

2, To file a Mail Theft case to the police officer.

Buyer will get report from USPS Postal Inspection Service and “Mail Theft case” report from Police Officer.

We, as the seller, are responsible for the item to be delivered by USPS into buyer's shipping address.

 

How long will it take to deliver international package?

The package will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. 

USPS may take 3-4 days to transport international package  3-4 days out of the US; then it may take another 1-3 weeks to go through your Customs and local postal service.

The time depends on your Custom and local postal services.
